On Friday, April 28, RLC welcomed 68 intermediate students from Monck Public School in Bracebridge for the 3 C’s Olympics. The day’s activities were planned and facilitated by the Athletics Council, with support from the House Cup Committee and additional student leaders.
Each activity focused on at least one of the three C’s — competence, confidence, or character — and student leaders reinforced these concepts with their groups throughout the day. At the end of the day, each group voted on which of its members should be recognized for their displays of competence, confidence, and character.
It was a great day of thinking, learning, and fun! Thanks to our student leaders for running the event, and to our guests from Monck Public School for attending.
